Mobile Studio. We can come to you or you can come to us at a location near you. A floor space of 15’ x 15’ is necessary. An office conference room or your home work just as well. Your convenience comes first.

Q & A
How does a session work? We've designed our sessions to be straightforward and stress-free. The process begins with a private video consultation to discuss your vision, our methods, scheduling, and outfits. You'll receive a pre-session guide to help you prepare. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we dedicate an hour of camera time, with the flexibility to extend as necessary. After the session, a curated selection of 15 to 30 proofs will be provided for your consideration.
For studio sessions at your location, we arrive an hour early to set up. Camera time typically lasts about an hour and is extended when necessary. We can review your images together, either on-site or online. We offer friendly advice, but the final choices are always yours – no pressure, just great photos. What is the investment for a portrait session? The portrait session fee is $190. You'll receive a curated selection of 20 proofs. Hand-edited images are $195 each, with a complimentary image provided for every four selected. Team and event photography pricing varies; please inquire for details. Professional hair and makeup artistry is available for $350.
Do you photograph teams? We specialize in team photography, offering on-site sessions with consistent styling across multiple dates and locations. For groups exceeding five, we replace the $190 per person session fee with a flat rate of $1000, accommodating up to 30 individuals, each receiving a curated selection of at least 10 proofs. Hand-edited images are $175 each. We can either replicate your current official company headshot style or develop a new, cohesive look for your team. We provide a seamless experience with direct digital delivery to your employees.
How do we book you? To book a session, a 50% retainer is necessary. We accept various payment methods, including Zelle (951-941-1811), ACH, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, and credit cards (with a 4% transaction fee). Inquire here.
Do you shoot more than headshots? Yes, we also offer group and event photography. For specialized needs, please request a custom quote.
Do you offer headshot services for conventions and galas with a fixed hourly rate? Absolutely. We provide on-site studio setup at your event, ideal for situations with unpredictable attendance. We'll set up a professional studio at your venue, ensuring a seamless experience for your guests. For 4 hours of premium service, the cost is $2500; for 8 hours, it's $4000.
Can we obtain copies of all our unedited photos? Our standard service includes professionally edited images, ensuring a polished and refined result. For clients who desire the full set of unedited proofs, these are available for $1000, delivered on a USB drive. Please note, these unedited images represent the raw material before our signature editing process.
What do we wear to the session? Style your professional portrait with attire that reflects your industry. Simple, polished looks in flattering solid colors—cream, taupe, blue, gray, or neutrals—are ideal. Jackets enhance and effortlessly vary your look. Avoid distracting patterns. Bring three outfits: business formal, relaxed, and social casual, for a diverse professional portfolio.
Where are you based and do you travel for sessions? While based in Washington, DC, we frequently travel to San Francisco and are available for assignments nationwide. We can conduct sessions in our studio, your office, or outdoor locations. Travel fees cover only transportation and accommodation; all other expenses are on us.
Do you advise clients on location selection for outdoor portrait sessions? Yes, the location should enhance your professional narrative. For instance, for corporate clients, a modern urban environment can project a sense of confidence and sophistication. Ultimately, we work with you to select a location that best aligns with your brand and personal style.
What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy, including weather-related situations? We understand that plans can change. You’re welcome to reschedule your session with no additional fees up to two weeks prior. For weather-related rescheduling, a 48-hour notice is necessary. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will require a new 50% retainer to secure a new date. Please be aware that the 50% retainer is non-refundable.

Do you accept apprentices? Yes, we maintain a handful of apprentices. We're happy to help by teaching you our ways as well as allowing you to assist during actual projects.
